Ambassador of the Month, The Orange County Chamber of Commerce The Business View Point, May 2002 Richard W. Syrek is President and founder of the executive consulting firm, Mentor Management, LLC. Richard draws on his 30 years as a senior business executive to help his clients fully achieve their potential. He uses his expertise to analyze symptoms, quickly determine problems, and break them down into simple solutions. Mentor Management, LLC distinguishes itself by respecting the existing corporate culture. Richard approaches each project in a non-threatening way, which elicits cooperation and understanding. He then uses the current culture to build on the change process, enhancing its effectiveness.
